SAAF produces leaflets, organises and hosts information campaigns on HIV using African languages, and in a culturally appropriate format and image, focusing on:

- HIV Awareness
- Stigmatisation issues related to HIV
- Testing for HIV infection
- HIV treatments
- World AIDS Day
- Community & Other Public Events
